Former JMU coach Everett Withers takes job with New York Giants | National

A few months after accepting a job to turn into the defensive coordinator at Florida Worldwide, former JMU head soccer mentor Everett Withers is predicted to be the future defensive backs mentor for the NFL’s New York Giants.

Withers, who replaces Lou Anarumo after he joined the Cincinnati Bengals as their new defensive coordinator, was most lately the head mentor at Texas State. Compiling a 7-28 document in four seasons, Withers was fired ideal right before the end of the 2018 college or university soccer period.

Prior to signing up for JMU, Withers experienced served the job as interim head mentor in 2011 at North Carolina, filling in after head mentor Butch Davis was dismissed amid several violations.

This won’t be Withers to start with flavor of the NFL, as the Charlotte, North Carolina, indigenous expended 6 seasons as the defensive backs mentor for the Tennessee Titans (2001-06) and was also a defensive high-quality management mentor for the New Orleans Saints in 1994.
