Giants 2019 Reserve/Future FA Signings Tracker (Live Updated)

Just two years ago around this time, the New York Giants found future 2018 PFWA All-Pro kicker Aldrick Rosas.

The 2016 regular season had just come to an end for the Giants when they signed Rosas to a reserve/futures contract in January of 2017 just prior to the final season of the Ben McAdoo and Jerry Reese era. Now, two years later, Rosas is arguably the NFL’s best kicker. Not only did Rosas have the best season of any kicker in 2018 — earning both Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors — he is also both young and naturally gifted.

Giants legendary punter Jeff Feagles called Rosas a “generational leg” prior to the 2017 season and Giants fans found out what he meant in 2018.

Rosas is not the only player the Giants have landed on a future/reserve contract that has eventually emerged as a contributor on special teams and sometimes more.

With the Giants eliminated from the postseason, they have already begun the process of rebuilding their roster back up from 53 players to the currently allowed 90-man roster. Per the NFL rules, the Giants may give out contracts to any free agents and/or players from the practice squad.

Today, we’re breaking down all of the players the Giants have already signed to future/reserve contracts. We will continue to live update this tracker as new signings emerge for the Giants.
