Larry Baer, San Francisco Giants CEO, Takes Leave of Absence After Viral Video of Incident With Wife

San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer is getting a go away of absence from his baseball group soon after a video clip of his altercation with his spouse went viral this weekend, San Francisco Baseball Associates’ board said Monday. Right after noting that Big League Baseball is investigating the incident, per coverage, the board wrote “Mr. Baer acknowledges that his conduct was unacceptable, apologized to the group and is committed to getting ways to generating positive that this hardly ever transpires again. On Friday, TMZ released footage of Baer engaged in a heated argument with his spouse, Pam. In the video clip, Baer can be seen jumping towards her and knocking her out of her chair. She can be listened to yelling “Oh God!” in response, and contacting out for help as Baer appears to access for a cellphone in her hand. Witnesses said Pam seemed “pretty terrified,” and that Baer only stopped when two bystanders intervened. The pair equally released statements Saturday downplaying the incident, in which Larry apologized and Pam claimed that “Larry and I normally have been and nevertheless are happily married.”
