The brothers, Patrick and Kyle Flynn, were attending a game on November 12, 2017 when they were allegedly forcibly removed from the stadium by officers. The suit alleges that the police officers used excessive force, including tasering one of them after he was pushed over a railing onto the ground below, a fall of about 10 feet, according to the Mercury News. A police officer also went over the railing with him, according to original reports from the stadium that day.
